Uyir Valam specializes in handcrafted organic health malts, stone-ground millets, and traditional food supplements. All product descriptions, ingredient formulations, and health benefits are based on traditional South Indian nutritional wisdom and whole-food principles.

3. Pricing & Billing

All prices listed on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to revise product prices, promotional discounts, or shipping tiers at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Processing

We accept payments through RBI-authorized payment gateways supporting UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Wallets. VJ Enterprises does not store any confidential banking or credit card details on its servers. Transactions are encrypted with industry-standard 256-bit SSL protocols.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to product unavailability, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is canceled after billing, a 100% refund is initiated immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, graphics, text, images, and digital content associated with Uyir Valam and VJ Enterprises are the intellectual property of VJ Enterprises. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with transactions on this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
